In today's online Eagle
WSU isn't changing HCJA's status:
Considering that Sullentrop is usually pretty negative re: Adams, this might mean that the administration has made a specific finding that there was nothing to the complaints. In plain language, though, this is neutral. Interesting to see if Bardo or Sexton issue a statement on their own.

The key is that Jody is going to have to get in the community and re-establish some bridges that could have been burned in this situation. Regardless of if the report exonerates here, she has already been found guilty in the court of public opinion, which results in people staying away from her games. Women's basketball needs all the support it can get and can't afford bad press like this. She may keep her job, but she has a long way to go to regain strong support in this community (if she ever even had STRONG support in the first place).78-65

Looks like WSU doesn't want to tarnish the image of Sexton, so they will stand by their women's head basketball coach no matter the cost to the student athlete. As an outsider to the women's program it looks to me like WSU doesn't care about what the student athletes have been reporting for the last 7 years to the administration. I for one will not be attending any women's basketball game as long as Jody Adams remains the coach!

So what's the over/under on when we will be rehashing this same issue again?
Not real sure what to think of this.....very sad we don't get to see two girls who busted their ass for the program play their senior year here.
I expect Twitter will be lighting up full throttle from both camps

Unfortunately, some other University will probably hire him to do nothing as well."Don't measure yourself by what you have accomplished, but by what you should accomplish with your ability."

"If you get fired for cheating, you can get hired right back again. If you get fired for losing it's like you've got leprosy, so young coaches need to bear that in mind. Cheating and not graduating players will not get you in trouble, but that damn losing..." - Royce Waltman
You can hate that this is true, but there's always going to be a lot of grace for people who perform."Don't measure yourself by what you have accomplished, but by what you should accomplish with your ability."
